Directions

Adults:
To reduce the occurrence of symptoms of URTI – Take one capsule once a day.
For support alongside and after antibiotic treatment – Take one capsule in the morning and at night, at least 2 hours away from antibiotic dose.
Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Take with food.

Active Ingredients: Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain (Rosell®-11) 3.8 billion CFU
Lactobacillus helveticus strain: (Rosell®-52) 0.2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum strain (Rosell®-71) 1.5 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strains Howaru® (HN019) 2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strains BI-04 2 billion CFU
