Adults:
Apply 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) 3 times daily or as required to the affected area and massage into the skin until fully absorbed,

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 300mg/g,
…equiv. to Magnesium 35.88mg/g,
Arnica montana flower ext. dry conc. 2mg/g,
…equiv. to flower dry 20mg/g,
Clove bud oil 20mg/g,
Methyl salicylate 50mg/g.
Contains methyl salicylate.
Contains phenoxyethanol and sorbates from potassium sorbate.

If irritation occurs discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant or in children under 6 years.
Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. Avoid contact with eyes or on damaged skin.
I use this cream for leg cramps- it is the best option I’ve found. Not sticky or oily.
