Directions

Adults:
Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Iron (as Iron II Glycinate) 24 mg Zingiber officinale (Ginger) (Gingever™) rhizome ext. dry conc. 120 mg equiv. to rhizome dry 1.61 g Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg

Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

Drink plenty of water.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
