Directions

Adults:
To support general mental wellbeing and assist with mind relaxation: Dissolve 2 melts (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, once a day. No water required.
For additional support to help relieve symptoms stress and support cognitive function: Dissolve 4 melts (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, once a day. Allow 2 melts to completely dissolve before taking another 2. No water required.

Active Ingredients: Per Melt (Orally disintegrating tablet):
Theanine (L-Theanine) 50 mg

Contains: Contains sulfites. Also contains tabletting aids and flavour.

Warnings

Do not exceed 4 melts in 24 hours.
