Directions

As an omega-3 supplement:
Adults: Take 2 capsules a day with meal, or as professionally prescribed.

For brain health:
Adults: Take 2 capsules a day with meal, or as professionally prescribed.

For heart and eye health:
Adults: Take 3 capsules a day with meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 18 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
