Bosisto’s Lavender Oil

Directions

  • Calm: Dilute 5 drops (1/4 mL) in 10mL carrier oil and use as a soothing massage oil for back, neck and shoulders.
  • Relax: Dab directly onto temples. Or, add two capfuls to bath water.
  • Aromatic: Add two capfuls to laundry wash to freshen and fragrance.
