Apply approximately 2.5g of gel to the affected area 2 times per day.

Each 1g of gel contains:
…2mg of each of Homeopathic ingredients: Arnica montana 30C, Causticum 12X, Ruta graveolens 6C, Toxicodendron pubescens (Rhus tox) 6C, Oyster shell (Calcarea carbonica) 12C, Bryonia alba 30C, Citrullus colocynthis (Colocynthis) 6C, Potassium dichromate (Kali bichromicum) 6C, Honey bee (Apis mellifera) 1X, Camphora 2C, Bellis perennis 3C, Ledum palustre 6C, Hypericum perforatum 3C.

Contains imidurea, tartrazine, methyl hydroxybenzoate, and alcohol (ethanol 1.1% V/V).
