1. Clean
Wash and thoroughly dry nose.
Facial oils can affect the adhesive.

2. Place
Remove the liner and place the strip on your nose.
Centre the strip between the bridge and the end of the nose.
Press the ends down and gently rub to secure.

Contradictions

• Hypersensitivity to latex or to Breath Right Nasal Strips.
• Breathe Right Nasal Strips are not for the treatment of sleep apnoea. If you think that your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnoea you should consult your doctor.
