Directions

Adults only:
Take one mini tablet daily with water after meal or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Chicken sternum cartilage powder 40 mg (equiv. UC-II Collagen 10 mg), Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 45mg, Zinc (as zinc oxide) 7.5mg, Manganese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.8mg, Copper (as cupric sulfate) 0.5mg, Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 52.5mg
