To support digestive & gastrointestinal system health: Take 1 capsule daily. with food, or as advised by your health professional.

For relief of indigestion & heartburn systems: Take 2 capsules per dose, up to 3 times per day. Take with food, or as advised by your health professional.

Each hard capsule contains:
Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate 500 mg
Lactobacillus Johnsonii (LJ 1088) (Postbiotic) 260 mcg
Bifidobacterium Lactis (HN019) 1.8 Billion CFU
