Dosage

Adults take 1 tablet a day in the morning with breakfast or as advised by your Healthcare Professional.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Contains Pyridoxine and Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period

Contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Do not exceed to stated dose except on medical advice.

Interactions

If you are taking thyroid medication, do not use this product as replacement therapy.

Take at least 2 hours away from pharmaceutical medication.
