Caruso’s Valerian has been developed for those who need support for healthy sleep patterns. Valerian is a herb that may improve sleep duration and quality, reducing night waking and promoting a refreshing good night’s sleep, without making you feel drowsy the next day.

Each tablet contains herbal extracts equivalent to:
Valeriana officinalis root (Valerian)…2.25g
Equiv. to Valerenic acids 4.5mg

Free from:
Sugar, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, soy, nuts, animal products, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

Dosage

Adults take 1 tablet a day half an hour before sleep or as advised by your healthcare professional.
