Directions

Adults:
Take two tablets per day with meals.

Each tablet contains active ingredients:

Crateva magna (Crateva) stem bark dry extract 150mg
   From dry stem bark 1500mg (1.5g)
Cucurbita peposeed (Pumpkin seed) seed dry extract 437.50mg
   From dry seed 8750 mg (8.75g)
Glycine max (Soybean) pressed seed cake dry extract 62.50mg
   From minimum dry pressed seed cake 10000mg (10g)
   Std to isoflavones (calc.  genestin/ein, glycitin/ein) 25mg
Urtica dioica (Nettle leaf) leaf dry extract 25mg
   From dry leaf 250mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg
   Equiv. Magnesium 50mg

Contains naturally occurring sugars and soya.
Phenylketonurics – this product contains phenylalanine.
