Take the individually wrapped guard out of the package and unfold it
Peel off the protective paper strip on the back of the pad to expose the sticky adhesive strip
Place the guard inside your regular close-fitting underwear (such as briefs or boxer-briefs). Keep the sticky side facing down. Put the wider part of the cup shape toward the front for correct male anatomy coverage.
Press the adhesive strip firmly against the inside fabric of your underwear so it stays in place during movement.
Pull your underwear up gently and adjust for a comfortable, snug fit
Change the guard regularly. Wearing a wet or soiled pad for too long can cause skin redness, rashes, or sores.
Plastic packaging and pads present a choking or suffocation hazard for babies and small children. Store them safely out of reach.
