Apply approximately one tablespoon of oil to your hand, rub your hands together and gently massage baby on chest, arms and legs.

Add 1 drop for 3 months + to 24 months.

Bath:
Add recommended number of drops of essential oil blend to approximately one tablespoon of massage oil then add to the bath.
