Directions

Personal care:

• Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of stress and headaches.
  Apply direct to forehead, temples and back of the neck.
• Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness.
  Apply to forehead, temples and back of the neck before bedtime and sprinkle a few drops on pillow.
  Add 5mL ( 1 capful) to bath water for a relaxing bath.
• Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help healing of mild sunburn, apply as a lotion to affected area twice daily.

Household care:
Dilute 50% with water in spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water.
