Directions

Ages 18+: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with your breakfast, or as directed by your health professional.

Each capsule contains:
Ginkgo biloba extract 160 mg, equiv. to dry leaf 7.68 g

Vitex agnus castus (Chaste Tree) extract 171 mg

Iodine (as potassium iodide) 50 micrograms
Potassium (as potassium iodide) 16 micrograms
Zinc (as gluconate) 10 mg

Warnings

Vitex agnus castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives.
Do not consume if you are on thyroid medication, under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding.
