Directions

Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician.

Active Ingredients per tablet:
Ferrous sulfate…250 mg
…(equivalent to 80 mg of elemental iron)​
Folic acid…300 micrograms

Do not take for more than 12 months, except on medical advice.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
