Directions

External Use (Hydrate & Soothe Skin):
Apply to affected area of skin, massage gently and allow to penetrate.

Internal Use (Constipation Relief):
Adults take 15 – 30 mL (1-2 tablespoons) daily.
Drink plenty of water.

Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C.
