Directions

Drink plenty of water.

Adults:

  • Internal Use (Constipation Relief):
    Take 15-30 mL (1 to 2 tablespoons) daily before bed.
  • External Use (Skin Emollient):
    Apply to affected area of skin, massage gently and allow to penetrate.

Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C.
