Harmony® Menopause Max is a high potency herbal medicine which only contains 4 of the 6 herbs used in the original formulation Harmony® Menopause but at higher dosages. It is a stronger formulation to relieve the symptoms of menopause, specifically hot flushes and night sweats. It helps to build reserves of energy, relieve stress and promote a good night’s sleep. Directions

Starting dose:
1 tablet, twice daily
Maintenance dose:
1 tablet daily

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.

Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose – microcrystalline, Silica – colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029

    Since hitting Perimenopause and then into Menopause, I have been sweating profusely, or as I call it, “Melting like the Wicked Witch of the West!” The Harmony Menopause Max tablets have been very helpful at relieving my symptoms of excessive sweating, sleeplessness, night sweats & brain fog.
    I would highly recommend Harmony Menopause Max to any woman not wanting or able to take HRT as an alternative to help reduce unwanted Menopause symptoms.
