Directions

Adults:
 Chew and dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth or under the tongue once a day with a meal or, as directed by your healthcare professionals.

Ingredients

Each Sublingual Tablet Contains:
Colecalciferol (LiposoMax™) 25 micrograms (Vitamin D3 1000IU).
