To reduce the risk of diarrhoea when travelling:
For 5 days prior & every day whilst travelling, take 1 capsule daily.
To relieve diarrhoea:
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily.
Children: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
