Directions

ADULTS: 
Topical – Roll applicator in a small circle, dispensing a small amount of liquid onto both temples (close to the ear and away from the eyes) and the back of the neck.
Massage gently into the skin. Up to three times daily as required.

Inhalation – Roll oil onto a tissue or handkerchief and inhale – take 2-3 deep breaths and continue to inhale occasionally as required. Repeat up to three times daily as required.

Spearmint Oil     50 microlitres
Ginger Oil           10 microlitres

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes.
