Directions

Take one soft gel sheet, Remove transparent film and firmly affix the cooling gel surface to desired body part.
Cut the Kool n Soothe gel sheet to a Suitable size with scissors if necessary.
It does not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin.
It is for single Use only, For Hygiene and effectiveness.
Re-application will cause the gel sheet to become less adhesive.
To keep the unused sheet fresh, Tightly Fold pouch twice along the dotted line After opening.

It is best used at times of high temperature or fever. It can also be placed on the body to aid restful sleep, for toothache, during travel, or on hot days.
