Adults only:
For use only on unbroken skin.
Apply 5-10 mls often to affected areas for 4-5 days until the discomfort subsides and then 1-2 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Essential oils including Wintergreen (traces of Methyl Salicylate), Xanthan gum and Phenoxyethanol (0.8mg/g)
Actives:
Arnica montana flower oil 12.5mg/g
Capsicum fruit oleoresin 0.9mg/g
