Directions

Before First Use:
Remover stopper, firmly grip both flat sides of the hot water bottle and pull apart gently to ensure both sides are seperated before adding water. Please follow filling instructions on the bag.

Using Hot Water:
A safe and natural way to keep warm and for temporary therapeutic relief from aches and pains.

Using iced water:
A safe and natural way to keep cool and for the temporary relief of sprains and bruises.

Use Hot water heated to maximum 42°C
