Melrose Cod Liver Oil is derived from wild Icelandic cod from the pristine waters of the northern Atlantic. Deep ocean fish such as cod are a natural source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet. Directions

Best consumed with food.

Adult: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) per day or as directed by your health professional.

For extended freshness, store refrigerated.
To maintain quality and freshness keep bottle in carton.
Refrigerate after opening.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE) for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
