The combination of BCM-95™ Turmeric, an extract with enhanced absorption, plus boswellia (BosPure®) has been in multiple clinical trials.
Willow bark is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce mild arthritic pain and swelling, plus Ginger, to help relieve inflammation.

Directions

Adults only:
For symptomatic relief of mild joint pain and mild arthritis: Take 1 tablet every 2 hours (6 tablets per day).
To relieve inflammation: Take 2 tablets twice daily.
