Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times daily.

For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.

Each tablet contains:
 Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® – Magnesium bisglycinate) 1g Equivalent Magnesium 100mg Magnesium amino acid chelate 476mg Equivalent Magnesium 100mg Total equivalent Magnesium 200mg Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® – Zinc bisglycinate) 40mg Equivalent Zinc 8.0mg Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 15mg Chromic chloride hexahydrate 1.0mg Equivalent Chromium 200 micrograms
