Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Each tablet contains:
 Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50mg Mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate 50mg Zinc amino acid chelate (MetaZn® – Zinc bisglycinate) 125mg Equivalent Zinc 25mg Lutein 5.0mg Potassium iodide 196 micrograms Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms Selenomethionine 250 micrograms Equivalent Selenium 100 micrograms Dry herbal extracts: Withania somnifera, (Withania), root 180mg Derived from dry root 4.5 g Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), fruit 44mg Derived from dry fruit 2.0 g Zingiber officinale (Ginger), rhizome 25mg Derived from dry rhizome 1.0 g
