Directions

How to HEAT MY Gel Cap:
Heat the gel cap flat in the microwave for 30 seconds
Remove and carefully test temperature against your skin
If it is not hot enough, reheat in 10 second increments

How to COOL MY Gel Cap:
Place gel cap in freezer for a minimum 2 hours for best results
Touch test the temperature, freeze further if necessary
If too cold, allow to thaw for a few minutes before use

Warnings

Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and air dry.
Do not soak in water, tumble dry or machine wash.
