Turmeric contains potent antioxidant curcuminoids and is extensively used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve inflammation, reduce mild joint pain and soreness, maintain joint flexibility, and relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis.

Black pepper extract is added to help enhance the absorption of curcuminoids found in Turmeric rhizomes.

Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 105.30mg equiv. to Curcuma longa rhizome dry 2.632g(min) equiv. to curcuminoids 100mg,Piper nigrum (Black Pepepr) fruit ext. dry conc. std. 1.06mg, equiv. to Piper nigrum fruit dry 21.73mg(min) equiv. to piperine 1mg, Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 300mg.
