Active Ingredients: Each Pastille (Soft Gummie) Contains:
Biotin 2.5mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 25mg
Zinc (as Zinc amino acid chelate) 5mg
dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E 30 IU) 15mg

Contains: Contains gluten and sulfites.

Warnings

Biotin may interfere with blood test results.
Stop taking medicines containing more than 5mg per day of biotin 3 days prior to blood test and advise your healthcare professional.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
