Directions

Adults only:
Take 2 capsules daily, one before breakfast and one before lunch. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.

Each capsule contains:
Sinetrol® XPUR: Citrus maxima (Pomelo) fruit ext. dry conc. 135 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 540 mg;
Citrus X paradisi (Grapefruit) fruit ext. dry conc. 67.5 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 405 mg;
Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) fruit juice conc. 22.5 mg;
Citrus sinensis (Blood Orange) fruit ext. dry conc. 45 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 225 mg;
Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed ext. dry conc. 33.75 mg, equiv. to seed dry 168.75, equiv. to Caffeine 0.84 mg, Caffeine 11.08 mg.

Contains 11.92 mg total caffeine per capsule.
A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
