Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 600 mg equiv. to dry root 7.2 g (7200 mg),
Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 100 mg,
