Nutra-Life® Super B Plus contains an active form of Vitamin B6 plus, Vitamin B12, Folic acid, Biotin, Taurine and Choline. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin which acts as a coenzyme and is involved in fatty acid synthesis.
