Directions

Wash or sanitise your hands before providing first aid, where possible.
For an arm sling, fold or position the bandage according to recognised first-aid guidance.
Support the injured arm comfortably and secure the bandage without restricting circulation.
For dressing support, position the appropriate sterile dressing over the wound and use the bandage to hold it in place.
Check the injured area regularly for swelling, numbness, tingling or changes in skin colour.
Seek medical attention for suspected fractures, severe injuries or persistent pain.

Warnings

For external first-aid use only.
Do not tie the bandage so tightly that it restricts blood circulation.
Do not apply directly to open wounds; use an appropriate sterile wound dressing underneath.
Avoid unnecessary movement of suspected fractures or serious injuries.
Seek urgent medical assistance for severe bleeding, suspected fractures or other serious injuries.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort develops.
Keep clean and dry, and store in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
