Directions

At the onset of period pain, take 2 capsules. If required, take 1 capsule every 6-8 hours.

The total daily dosage should not exceed 4 capsules.

Each soft capsule contains: Rhuleave-K Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. 140mg Equiv. to rhizome dry 3.5g, Boswellia serrata gum oleoresin ext.dry conc 50mg Equiv to gum oleoresin dry 500mg, Sesame oil 310mg
