Rehydraid Ice Blocks helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and other dehydrating conditions.

Hydralyte may be taken on the first signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Hydralyte may also be taken to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, excess alcohol consumption, or due to a hot or dry environment.

Directions

  1. Place Rehydraid Ice Blocks in the freezer.
  2. Once frozen, cut open one end with scissors.
  3. Squeeze the frozen Ice Block from the uncut end.
  4. Suck small amounts until consumed.

Dosage

For dehydration caused by vomiting and diarrhoea.

Warnings

If dehydration symptoms persist, consult a medical professional.

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:

  • 6 hours in infants under 6 months
  • 12 hours in children aged 6 months – 3 years
  • 24 hours in children aged 3 – 6 years
  • 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults

Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Refrigerate after opening, discard after 30 days.
