Sambucol helps reduce the severity of cold & flu symptoms including:
120mL Oral Liquid
Adults:
15 mL (1 tablespoon) 4 times daily.
Children 5-12 years:
15 mL (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
Children 2-4 years:
7.5-15 mL (1/2-1 tablespoon) per day.
Best taken at first sign of cold and flu symptoms within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms.
Active ingredients per 15 mL oral liquid (syrup):
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry Equiv. fresh juice 5.7 g.
