Directions

Best taken regularly, at first signs of Cold & Flu and at times of Immune stress.
Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately.

Adults: 1 effervescent tablet daily.

Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken. Store below 25°C.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)…1000mg
