Directions
Adults:
Take 1 capsule daily approximately 30 minutes before travelling.
Swallow whole with a large glass of water while standing.
If nausea returns, repeat dose as required, up to a maximum of 4 capsules per day.
Children 6-12 years:
Same method as adults, but recommended a maximum of 1 capsule per day.

Active Ingredient per capsule:
Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) as root powder…2.5g (2500mg)
Warnings
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Keep in its original packaing in a dry cool place below 25°C.
If symptoms persist see your healthcare practitioner.
Do not use:
- If the seal is broken.
- If you are sensitive to ginger.
- If you have the pre-existing conditions, or are on any medications always talk with your healthcare practitioner before use.
