How it works
Typical dental guards require boiling water or microwaving and biting into hot plastic for fitting. SleepRight does not.
With SleepRight’s patented self-adjust dental night guard technology, you have two bite pads that comfortably fit between your upper and lower molars to re-establish your natural freeway space.
The bite pads have four positions, making it easy to customize the fit for all sizes. They adjust forward for a smaller fit and backward for a larger fit, as well as swivel to match the angle of all bites.
SleepRight exclusively features a flexible, heat sensitive band that is positioned between your lower lip, teeth, and gums, and uses your body’s temperature to quickly adapt to each individual’s anatomy.
The SleepRight Dental Guard utilises natural tissue retention between your lips, cheek, and tongue to be held in place. There are no clasps that attach to your teeth and you do not use your teeth to hold the appliance in place.

Do not use any dental product without first consulting your dentist.
DO NOT use if you are under 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 must consult a doctor before use.
DO NOT use if you have TMJ; have teeth or jaw pain; or if the dental guard or any part of the device is broken or damaged.
DO NOT use as an athletic mouth guard.
Before using this product, carefully read and understand all directions.
Using this product other than directed may cause breakage or serious injury.
DO NOT use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
Not for use with dentures, braces or other dental appliances.
DO NOT use for more than 3 months from initial use without consulting your doctor.
Stop use and see a dentist if you develop loose teeth or a change in your bite; experience pain or any other irregularity.
As with all intra-oral devices, there are inherent risk factors associated with using them. You should proceed with extreme caution while using this product and regularly examine it, before and after each use, for any defect that may present a potential health hazard. Although uncommon, the user may gag, choke or swallow a part from this product.
Very easy fit; probably the most comfortable and economical treatment for nightly teeth grinding. I have tried dental moulds in the past but found them uncomfortable after a while.
