Strepsils Plus Anaesthetic Throat Spray has been formulated to give effective and rapid relief from the symptoms of painful and inflamed sore throats, mouth and dental ulcers and the discomfort associated with tonsillitis and pharyngitis.

Its dual action formula contains a local anaesthetic to numb the throat while the two antibacterial agents help kill the bacteria which can cause sore throats and mouth infections.

Directions

For Oromucosal use. For optimum use rotate the nozzle 90°

Adults and children over 12 years:
Spray twice directly onto the sore/inflamed area and swallow gently.
Repeat every 3 hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 6 times in 24 hours.

Children 6 to 12 years:
Spray once only every 3 hours as necessary up to a maximum of 6 times in 24 hours.

Warnings

Use with care if you are asthmatic.
Do not use if bottle seal is broken or missing.
Do not take hot food or drink soon after using this product as it may burn your mouth.
This product contains alcohol and saccharin.
The presence of the antibacterial agents in this product has not been shown to have a beneficial effect on the severity or duration of a sore throat.
