Directions

For nasal congestion and coughs:

• Rub-on:
  Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.
• Steam Inhalation:
  Adults and Children 6 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 10mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding.

For muscular aches and pains:

• Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Active Ingredients

Menthol 2.82% w/w
Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w

Contains Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Thymol in White Soft Paraffin base.

Warnings

When using for rub-on, DO NOT:

• Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician.
• Apply close to eyes.
• Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin.
• Bandage tightly or use with heating pads/

When using for steam inhalation, DO NOT:

• Use on children under 6 years of age.
• Leave children unsupervised.
• Heat in a amicrowave, or reheat mixture.
• Add into the water that you are heating.

Consult a doctor:

• If fever is present or symptoms persist.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.

While using this medicine:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately.
• Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label.
• If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small are of skin before applying it to a large area.
• Discontinue use if irritation develops.
• Keep clothing loose.
