Directions
In Steam Vaporiser:
Pour VapoSteam into vaporiser cup.
All the natural essential oils are released in the vapours.
Only the slow release base is left in the vaporiser cup.
Empty residue and wipe clean with a cotton cloth or paper tissue.
In water:
Use 2.5 mL (1/2 a teaspoon) for each litre of water.
Pour into water container and add water to level required.
Use fresh VapoSteam each time vaporiser is operated.

Each mL of Vicks VapoSteam Double Strength contains:

| Peppermint Oil | 72 mg/g |
| Oil of Wintergreen | 20 mg/g |
| Lavender Oil | 4 mg/g |
In a slow release glycol base.
Warnings
For use with steam vaporizers only.
Do not use with ultrasonic humidifiers.
Not to be taken by mouth.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed accidentally may act as a mild cathartic, seek medical advice.
