Directions
Adults: Take 3g (1 level teaspoon) one to three times a day.

Arthrospira Platensis (Hawaiian Spirulina)…3g
Also contains: Silicon Dioxide, Chicory Inulin, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
Warnings
Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula.
Do not use if induction seal is broken.
