Directions

Adult women:
Take 1 capsule two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.

Each capsules contains:
Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) fruit oil fixed 250 mg
equiv. to palmitoleic acid (omega 7) 67.50 mg
Asparagus racemosus (SheVari(R) shatarvari) root extract dry conc. 50 mg
equiv. to root dry 1000 mg
D-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E 200 IU) 134.16 mg
