Directions

Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily for muscle cramps and spasms, bone and heart health.
Take 2 tablets daily for premenstrual tension symptoms with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (from Heavy Magnesium Oxide) 295mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) 30mg
Manganese (from Manganese Amino Acid Chelate) 6mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 60mg

Contains soya.
